While skimming through fashion news this morning, we could help but notice a rather interesting piece of information coming from Fashionista.com: Zuhair Murad created a Spring 2013 sheer-paneled black gown, which is almost identical to a Fall 2012 sheer-paneled Prabal Gurung creation.
