Runway Report: Malan Breton Spring 2018
The Taiwanese designer, Malan Breton, made the inside of the Air and Space Museum in New York City dazzle as models strutted down the runway in gowns covered in ruffles, feathers, floral embroidery, and more. Breton’s show featured both women’s and men’s formalwear, but took a new approach. Unlike some of his competitors, Breton combined some of fashion’s most popular trends — like ‘power’ shoulders mixed with exaggerated ruffled sleeves, and tapered men’s suits enhanced with pastel hues. The vast array of designs and styles are well-suited for any fashion enthusiast looking to step-up their night-out outfit game.
