What to Watch During New York Fashion Week Fall 2021
The Fall 2021 collections kick off Sunday, February 14 and for a second season we are about to experience a pandemic New York Fashion Week. The great news about that is the fact that anyone can tune in because once again, designers have opted to present digitally.
These are the five shows we are looking forward to this New York Fashion Week:
Monse
The NYC-based luxury label by Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, who also serve as creative directors at Oscar de la Renta, are always a complete treat at New York Fashion Week.

Rodarte
Kate” Mulleavy and Laura Mulleavy are back to NYFW and were thrilled to get enthralled into their imaginative and intricate fashion world.

Tom Ford
The fashion power house returns to New York Fashion Week and will present digitally. The designer skipped the Spring 2021 lineup all together and it is exciting to see what he has come up with digitally.

Proenza Schouler
The designers tend to drop off the calendar here and there, but they are back this season — digitally of course — and it is always such a treat to watch their vision live. Very excited about this presentation.

Gabriela Hearst
The designer is coming off several important moments: In 2020 she won Womenswear Designer of the Year at the CFDA awards; she was named creative director of Chloe, and she designed First Lady Dr. Jill Biden’s inauguration night white coat.

Time: 12 p.m. ET
New York Fashion Week will also offer a multitude of town halls and panels, most noteworthy of which are:
- With Tiffany Reid, VP of fashion at Bustle Digital Group, on Wednesday, February 17, at 2:30 p.m. ET.
- With Nikki Ogunnaike, digital director at Harper’s Bazaar, on Wednesday, February 17, at 7 p.m. ET.
- And with Lindsay Peoples Wagner, editor in chief of The Cut, on Thursday, February 18, at 3 p.m. ET.
