Zoom Friendly Outfit Ideas That Will Make You Feel Put Together
Our new reality revolves around face masks, social distancing and Zoom calls. And after eight weeks of paying no attention to what we wear (I literally didn’t bother even looking at a presentable outfit until now, and a couple of weeks ago I showed up for an 8 a.m. meeting in.my.robe. By an accident, but nonetheless, Not great, Bob!) Needless to say, it’s time to update our outfits and become Zoom appropriate and presentable.
Below are three Zoom friendly outfit ideas you can wear during a work meeting, a Zoom date, and Zoom happy hour.
Zoom Work Meeting
Thankfully many employees have realized that suits, ties and work dresses are simply not going to happen in quarantine. But, that’s not to say you can simply roll out of bed and show up for a work meeting in your pajamas. A nice, simple puff sleeve top paired with a chic headband would do miracles for productivity during work meetings. Same goes for a breezy shirt dress. And also a mani, trust us on this one.
Zoom Date
A Zoom date will definitely require something fancier, so why not wear a dress? You don’t have to pull all the bells and whistles (unless you want to, of course) but you want to appear chic and put-together. A nice slip dress topped with a cozy cardigan and a favorite chain necklace is the perfect Zoom date combo. Do you like?
Zoom Happy Hour
Whether you are virtually meeting with friends, family or co-workers happy hour attire in quarantine is first and foremost comfy. This pair of Topshop houndstooth high waist trousers are made in stretch-twill and taper toward the ankles. They are also wide enough to sit comfortably. Pair them with a comfy ribbed tank, your favorite earrings and any of Ina’s cocktails, and you are good to go.
